The RS55's taller 55mm rim profile was shaped and refined in a bicycle-specific wind tunnel, delivering a meaningful reduction in drag at race speeds — on flat roads, rolling terrain, and long steady efforts, that translates directly into free speed. The hooked rim design features a modern 21mm internal width and 28mm external width, striking the ideal balance between wide tire support, aerodynamic efficiency, and compatibility with a broad range of tubeless and clincher tires.

Every RS55 is handbuilt in Canada, where skilled wheelbuilders hand-lace, tension, and true each wheel to exacting standards. This craftsmanship-first approach means tighter tolerances, better durability, and a ride quality that mass production simply can't replicate. Torayca T800 full carbon fiber construction, stainless steel spokes, and internal spoke nipples complete a durable, clean, aerodynamic build.
