Returns & Refunds
OUR RETURN POLICY

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, once 30 days have passed we can't offer a refund or exchange, and the purchase is considered final sale.

Special orders and built-to-measure items may be subject to a restocking fee. In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted.

Effective date: June 2026. We may update this policy from time to time — the latest version always lives on this page.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging, in the same condition you received them.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Tools, cleaners, and maintenance products
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health, hygiene, and personal-care items
  • Food and nutrition items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Items with obvious signs of use or damaged packaging

How It Works
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

To start a return, contact us or email info@aquilacycles.com for return instructions and the shipping address.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, the cost of shipping the new item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on where you live.
  • For items over $75, we strongly recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance — we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
05Refunds
Getting Your Money Back
REFUNDS & PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm its status. Once approved, your refund is processed and a credit is automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear. If you don't see it after a few days, contact your card company or bank.

Shipping Protection
PROTECTION & LIABILITY

If you declined shipping protection at checkout, Aquila Cycles is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they leave our facility.

We can't accept returns or grant refunds for orders that are refused by the customer due to duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.
