These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Aquila Cycles website and the purchase of any products from us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
Effective date: June 2026. We may revise these terms at any time; the version posted here applies to your order at the time it is placed.
All orders are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where there has been a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or stock is unavailable.
- An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance.
- A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods or confirm acceptance.
- If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund of the affected items.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless your region is set otherwise, and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout; international duties and import fees are not included (see our Shipping Policy).
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
- By submitting payment information you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Shipping timelines, rates, and responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers or customs.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please review the damaged or lost shipment process in our Shipping Policy.
We want you on the right bike. If something is not right, contact us promptly.
- Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Built-to-measure and custom builds are made to your specification and are non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a defect.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Note: This does not affect manufacturing-defect coverage under our Warranty, which is separate from returns.
Our products are covered by the Aquila Cycles warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms, exclusions, and registration requirements set out on our Warranty page. Components not manufactured by Aquila carry their own manufacturer's warranty.
All content on this site — including the Aquila Cycles name, logos, designs, images, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Aquila Cycles and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Cycling carries inherent risks. You are responsible for proper assembly, maintenance, fit, and safe use of our products, including wearing appropriate safety equipment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aquila Cycles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute relating to these terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. By using our site and products, both you and Aquila Cycles agree to this.
