Every Aquila is hand-built in Canada and shipped with the same care that goes into the build. This policy explains our processing times, shipping rates, delivery estimates, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit. It applies to all orders placed through aquilacycles.com.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.
- In-stock items & accessories: dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Complete bikes & wheelsets: final inspection and tuning before dispatch, typically 3–7 business days.
- Built-to-measure & custom builds: hand-built to your specification, typically 2–4 weeks. We will keep you updated on timing.
We ship across Canada with tracked, insured courier services.
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
- Delivery estimate: typically 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your province and remoteness.
- Complete bikes ship in protective bike-specific packaging. Some assembly may be required on arrival — we recommend a professional final tune at your local shop.
We ship Aquila bikes, wheels, and gear worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight, and all international shipments are tracked.
- Delivery estimate: typically 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
- Prices on our site are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless your region is set otherwise.
Duties & taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. If you created an account, you can also view order status and history in your account dashboard.
If you have not received tracking details within the processing windows above, please contact us and we will look into it right away.
We package every order carefully, but transit issues can occasionally happen. Please inspect your shipment on arrival.
- Visible damage: note it with the carrier where possible and take photos of the packaging and product.
- Report it within 7 days of delivery by contacting us with your order number and photos so we can open a claim.
- Lost shipments: if tracking stalls or a parcel is marked delivered but not received, reach out and we will investigate with the carrier.
Important: Keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved — carriers may require it for inspection.
Prefer to collect in person? Local pickup may be available at our showroom for eligible orders. Select the pickup option at checkout where offered, and we will email you when your order is ready. Bring your order confirmation and a piece of ID.
