RS3D ARM SCOOPS
Realspeed RS3D Triathlon Arm Scoops are purpose-built aerodynamic arm support extensions designed to improve rider comfort, stability, and positioning during training and racing. Engineered for triathlon and time trial applications, these scoops help support the forearms while encouraging a secure and repeatable aero position for long-duration efforts. Available in Open-Back, Closed-Back, and UCI Legal configurations, the arm scoops integrate with a wide variety of aero bar systems using standard armrest mounting patterns. Manufactured using high-strength carbon fiber–reinforced material (PA6-CF) for lightweight strength, stiffness, and durability.

Installation Instructions
Tools Required: 4 mm hex wrench (or appropriate tool for your hardware)
- Remove existing armrests or arm cups from your aero bar system.
- Align the Arm Scoops with the mounting holes on your cockpit.
- Install using compatible mounting hardware.
- Lightly tighten all bolts before final adjustment.
- Adjust arm scoop position to achieve desired comfort and forearm support.
- Tighten bolts according to the recommended torque specification for your cockpit manufacturer.
- Verify all mounting hardware is secure before riding.

- Use flat head bolts with washers
