700 grams. One piece. Zero compromise.

The Aquila EVO R Gen 3 is the product of everything we've learned — from the wind tunnel, the road, and the riders who push our bikes to their limits. Mono-Mold construction eliminates the bonded joints of conventional carbon manufacturing, delivering a frame with superior structural integrity and a fighting weight of just 700g in a size medium with paint.
Refined CFD analysis guided a narrower, more aerodynamically intelligent tube profile. The fork blades open wider, managing airflow through one of the most critical zones of the frame. Every detail has been tightened, every gram questioned.
Three generations in. This is the EVO R at its finest.

FEATURES
Mono-Mold Technology

Mono-Mold Technology

Compared to traditional carbon frame manufacturing processes. Where the construction of the frame comprises of 2-3 separate sections which are molded separately and then bonded together. We construct our frame using Mono-Mold technology. A true one-piece mold to produce the frame. The entire frame is formed as a single unit, eliminating the need for subsequent adhesive bonding of individual tubes. The key advantages of this approach is superior structural integrity, greater resistance to stress and fracturing, and a lighter, more reactive frame.
Reduced Weight

Reduced Weight

Omission of adhesives and connectors and a purer material composition typically reduce frame weight by tens to hundreds of grams compared to tube-to-tube construction. In a size medium the previous generation EVO R tips the scales at 890 grams. The new EVO R trims down to a fighting weight of 700 grams with paint in the equivalent size.
AERO IS NARROW

AERO IS NARROW

In order to push the Evolution of the EVO R, we had to dig back into the details. Through further CFD analysis, we started to pinpoint where the peak of aerodynamics lie at the common yaw angles that a bike is exposed to. At those points we started to round off, and reduce the size of the tube shapes of the frame to facilitate aerodynamic optimization. Furthermore we opened the distance between the blades of the front fork by 1cm on each side, increasing air flow through a critical area of the frame. Its like hiding from the wind…

Euphoric,🥳 exhilarating, adrenaline rush, breathtaking, superb, fantastic, so quick, so nimble 🤸, rolling soo smooth so fast so easy 🚴🔥🔥🔥, running up the hills , can't wait to crest flying on the descent till it's scary😜💥.What 4 hours are done already, damn. I don't want to get off 😀Simply Love it!! 🥰❤️‍🔥I can only keep lining up the superlatives to describe my riding experience on the Aquila Evo R super light . Where do I start on the technical side?
So many things have been done so right. I truly haven't enjoyed a ride as such in a long time 😀.
Now I also rode the Evo R model and have a comparative reference to the subtle changes that were made that made a real difference.
The paint job is sublime, the purple and blue fading into the marbling on the polished raw frame. The whittled down seatpost not only adds to the allure of the profile, but does its job dampening the rough roads. The frame stiffness is there without a doubt as I pushed it through corners and manhandled it in sprints🚴🔥🔥🔥. And can it ever sprint. It is quick and the change of bottom bracket does make it that much more responsive. The Ultegra electronic transmission really shines as I ratchet seamlessly through the cassette to find myself flying down the road. Now the Real Speed RS SL with the carbon spokes wrapped in Pirelli p-zero sl truly compliments the build. Smooth, quick, soo light. You can feel the grip and the power transfer. Many times during the ride I had to check my speed as I was moving seemingly effortlessly . The cockpit is seamless, tidy and comfortable. The bar also has the marbling effect
which looks great.
In Jamaica we have a phrase to describe endless unbounded enjoyment that I experience on the Evo R super light
“ Sweet Caan Dun” translation the Sweetness can't finish 🥰
I just love the sound of the tailwind in my ear.

The new the Aquila Evo R is a very fast bike, it’s a great all around for any type of race or ride! Very light yet still super response and aggressive. I would highly recommend this for someone looking to get more into racing and getting a good bang for buck.

The Aquila EVO R is an amazing bike. From the moment I hopped on, I really felt the design intention of being a very well-balanced bike. The bike is unbelievably light, which enabled me to climb punishing hills with significant ease and comfort, leaving plenty of gas in the tank. I had no idea climbs could feel this enjoyable! Meanwhile preserving the frame design's aero properties made the bike feel sharp, responsive, and exceptionally quick whenever I put power through the pedals. Whether doing long rides, climbs, or sprints, this bike definitely did it all - a true all-rounder. Love the aesthetic touches and colorway - looks and rides beautifully!
