Refunds and Returns

Aquila Cycles offers a 30 - day Exchange policy with certain exceptions and conditions. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt/proof of purchase.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the original condition, with original packaging. Unfortunately, there are a few exceptions to our policy. 
 

Return Shipping Refund Process (if applicable) 
 

Email us at info@aquilacycles.com with a description of the item(s) and a picture of your proof of purchase. We will let you know shortly if your item(s) is eligible for return through our policy and will provide you with a return address to ship the item(s) back to us. Once your item(s) are received and inspected, we will email you to confirm the status of your return/exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and you will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

Please note, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and this cost will be deducted from your refund.  

If you are shipping an item back, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
