For the first time in the 20 year existence of our ever popular selling Aquila Corsa, is now available in full carbon construction. The result is an Aquila Corsa that is far superior to it’s aluminum counterpart, while still retaining it’s pedigree of high quality build and value.
The Aquila Corsa features a flat top tube and a down tube shaped in a rhombic shape, so as to achieve high rigidity, while also improving the tracking efficiency and the sensitivity of handlebar, while riding over imperfections in the road.
The seat stays take on a similar flat construction as the top tube and becomes seamless along that plane, therefore creating added vertical compliance similar to a leaf spring, in the most critical area of the frame as far as comfort is concerned.
For the first time, the Aquila Corsa receives a massive boost in the stopping department. Equipped with flat mount hydraulic disc brakes, paired with 12mm thru axles to harness the torsional load, and the stopping power of the hydraulic brakes.
